Passionate About Inspiring Others

Brandon has represented clients in the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Western, Eastern, and Northern Districts of Oklahoma as well as before the Oklahoma Supreme Court and in nearly all of Oklahoma's 77 counties. Additionally, he has had the occasion to practice, on limited cases, before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas as well as federal courts in Texas.

Brandon particularly focuses on trial litigation, critical motion practice, and appellate briefing. Some of Brandon's notable, published, appellate wins are Akin v. Castleberry, 2012 OK 79, 286 P.3d 638 (Brandon successfully showed that the claimants had failed to prove a right to property by adverse possession); Bailey v. Farmers Insurance Company, Inc., 2006 OK CIV APP 85, 137 P.3d 1260 (Insurance bad faith claim where Brandon was successful on summary judgment showing that Farmers Insurance Company had not committed bad faith); and Calvert v. Swinford, et al, 2016 OK 104, ___ P.3d ___ (Attorney malpractice claim where Brandon successfully argued that the statute of limitations on any claim had expired). Additionally, Brandon has prepared, briefed, and argued motions related to workers compensation exclusive remedy, discovery motions in insurance bad faith claims, medical malpractice, injury claims, employment law claims, real estate quiet title suits.

Although Brandon's background is vast as it relates to litigation and appellate practice, Brandon has also recently assisted several clients with large, complex, real estate transactions that involve contract and easement drafting, as well as associated contracts for demolition of structures.
